Explore
Slice, rank, and chart your loaded rows entirely in this browser. Use Top N and filters. When exports are enabled, the ZIP download above includes an Explore summary CSV after you have used Explore.
Slice filters (optional): empty = all. Hold Ctrl/Cmd to select multiple.
Country of sale — all data (map)
Totals across all loaded rows. Uses the country-of-sale column from your CSV.
Heatmap explorer
Matrix view of how earnings or quantity is spread across two dimensions at once. Presets include track and artist cross-tabs, sale month × asset type, and classic store/country views. Chart and table stay in sync; grid size is capped for readability.
Earnings over time (sale month)
Top stores (earnings)
Top stores (quantity)
Top countries (earnings)
Store earnings Pareto (bars + cumulative %)
Same top stores as “Top stores (earnings)” with a cumulative share line. Omitted from exports when there are fewer than three stores.
Cumulative earnings (sale month)
Earnings by month — 100% stacked by store
Each month’s bar shows how earnings split across the same top stores + Other as the absolute stacked chart, normalized to 100%.
Top tracks by quantity
Country of sale by month (map)
Use arrows to change sale month. Only rows for that month are mapped (partial months included if present in your file).
Earnings by month (stacked by store)
Quantity by month (stacked by store)
Tracks: quantity vs earnings
Log-scale axes; tooltips show exact values.
Stores: quantity vs earnings
One point per store (aggregated). Log-scale axes; top stores by earnings.
Countries: quantity vs earnings
One point per country (aggregated). Log-scale axes; top countries by earnings.
Store concentration curve
Stores ranked by earnings (1 = highest). The line shows cumulative share of file earnings—how fast revenue concentrates in top outlets.
Quantity over time (sale month)
Top artists (earnings)
Top artists (quantity)
Asset type (earnings)
Asset type (quantity)
Top countries (quantity)
Store share (earnings)
Store share treemap (earnings)
Store share treemap (quantity)
Cumulative quantity (sale month)
Earnings and quantity by month (bars + line)
Bars: monthly quantity. Line: monthly earnings (USD). Distinct from the dual-line “Earnings over time” chart.
Quantity — last 24 sale months
At most the 24 most recent sale months in your file (fewer if the export is shorter).
Earnings — last 12 sale months
At most the 12 most recent sale months in your file (fewer if the export is shorter).
Quantity by month — 100% stacked by store
Each month’s bar shows how quantity splits across the same top stores + Other as the absolute stacked chart, normalized to 100%.
Country earnings Pareto (bars + cumulative %)
Same top countries as “Top countries (earnings)” with a cumulative share line. Omitted from exports when there are fewer than four countries.
Track earnings Pareto (bars + cumulative %)
Top tracks by earnings (songs) with a cumulative share line. Omitted when there are fewer than three tracks.
USD per 1k units — top stores
Stores ranked by earnings per 1,000 units sold (quantity > 0 only). When one store dominates USD/1k, the chart may use a log scale or a short summary — use the table for exact values.
USD per 1k units — top countries
Countries ranked by earnings per 1,000 units sold (quantity > 0 only).
Top tracks (earnings)
USD per 1k units — top tracks
Tracks (songs) ranked by earnings per 1,000 units sold (quantity > 0 only).
Artist earnings Pareto (bars + cumulative %)
Artists ranked by earnings with a cumulative share line when there are at least four distinct artists. With fewer artists: earnings by sale month (bars) when there are at least two months, otherwise top tracks by earnings (horizontal bars). Table view matches whichever chart is shown.
Month-over-month % change (earnings & quantity)
Each point compares this sale month to the immediately prior month in your file. Nulls when the prior month is missing or prior value is zero.
Year-over-year % change (earnings & quantity)
Compares each sale month to the same calendar month one year earlier (when that month exists in the file).
Reporting lag (inserted vs sale month)
Average days from the start of the sale month to the row’s inserted date, when the file includes an inserted column with values. Skipped when data is too thin.
Quantity: $0 earnings rows vs paid rows (by sale month)
Stacked bars per sale month: quantity on rows with no positive earnings versus quantity on rows with earnings. Uses core export columns only.
Data rows per sale month
How dense the export is in each sale month (count of data rows). Skipped when the file has fewer than two sale months.
Each sale month’s share of file earnings
Bars show what percent of total earnings in this file fall in each sale month (percentages sum to 100%). Skipped when there are fewer than three months.
Country share (earnings)
Same idea as store share: top countries by earnings plus an “other” slice.
Store leaderboard
Bars show % of file earnings for top stores; table view lists earnings, quantity, USD/1k, and % of file for each.
Period & store highlights (tables)
Best and weakest sale months, rolling N+N earnings change, and leading-store last vs prior sale month. Same substance appears in paid server ZIP addendum tables; PDF and PowerPoint exports from this page include matching addendum table slides (after chart figures, before Explore).
Concentration of earnings (% of file)
Numeric view: share of total file earnings from the single best-earning track, country, and store, plus the best five and best ten in each row. Not a separate PDF/PPTX figure (no chart canvas).
